Return Policy / Exchange
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is damage to the product upon delivery to the customer, a defect that makes the product unusable or unsafe, order received was incomplete or incorrect.
Each products are inspected before it leaves our doors and we only send out our products that meet our high standards.
Once your return or exchange is received, it may take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed.
When will my return/exchange be issued?
When your return or exchange meets the requirements stated above, we will issue your refund or send you over the exchanged product.
A credit will be applied to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
We will send you an email once your return or exchange has been processed. It may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company.
How should I repackage my return/exchange?
All pieces must be individually wrapped and in the same condition in which they were received. Keep in mind this is a fragile product so it must be shipped with the utmost care.
Will I be provided with a shipping label to send my return/exchange?
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges of the returned/exchanged product unless otherwise noted by our support team. You can use any carrier you prefer. Use a trackable shipping method and record your return’s tracking number.
